I had Jackson and Foster replace my heating and air unit. Their work was fast and professional. I would and do recommend them for maintenence and service to anyone I know. They gave me a very competive and fair estimate, explained the different grades of equipment available, and were very patient and professional answering all my stupid questions. I found their work to be prompt, and they started and finished when they said they would. I have been able to call and schedule annual maintenence with no problem at all, and their customer service is the best around. You call them and you get to talk to a person, not some stupid aoutmated service. I will not use anyone else for my heating and air needs.

I’ve done business with Jackson & Foster, originally Jackson & Blanc, for 21 years. Two AC units and two heaters have been installed by this company, the most recent a heater in October 2011. The techs, most recently Dan (who is superb and has an upbeat personality), have serviced the units semi-annually for all of those years. Be sure to get a bid from them, even if you already have one. They can equal any service and beat any price.

My experience with Jackson & Foster was Amazing! During the winter, heater would kick on in the middle of night with just a roaring noise coming from the system. I called Jackson & Foster and they were here the next morning.Fixed the noise no problem! Now every time I need something, I call Jackson & Foster!

Great, great, great customer service!!! I was out visiting my bf’s parents in east county and these guys had come over to replace their filters. The tech was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was so pleased, I called them out to our place when I was having some weird AC issues and received the same wonderful service. No creepy guys lurking through your house! Major plus!

These guys are great! We recently decided to replace our old heating and upgrade with air conditioning in our home. We chose Jackson and Foster after the recommendations from a friend. Their Sales Manager was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He had answers for all of our questions and concerns. We were scheduled within a week for our installation and the installers were on time and went right to work. All work was completed in a timely mannner and I would definately use them again in the future!
